Death Cafe In-Person
At a Death Cafe, people, often strangers, gather to have refreshments and discuss death. The objective of Death Cafe is "to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives." This is a group-directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives, or themes. This is not a grief support or counseling session. Facilitated by Alexa Oehlers, Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer at Burr Funeral Home.
