In Person : Geauga Skywatchers- Solstice Science In-Person
December brings our winter solstice, the "shortest day" of the year. We'll explore the science behind this fascinating natural phenomenon, and see how cultures around the world have marked it. Plus, you'll get the chance to try your hand at calculating the positions of sunrises and sunsets near you!
