Virtual: Slow Movement Yoga Online

Join local yoga instructor, Ann Vickers, for Slow Yoga which focuses on stretching, improving balance and strength, breathing techniques and relaxation. The movement is slow and plenty of cues are used to help students stay safe and get the most from class. The use of props is encouraged to enable reach and maintain proper body alignment. The types of props include yoga blocks, strap or stretchy PT-type band, chair and sometimes a wall. Every class begins on the floor, moves to standing and then back to the floor. Classes are designed around easy-to-follow movement.
