Virtual Program: Restorative Relaxation Session Online

Join local yoga instructor, Ann Vickers, for this restorative practice that focuses on self-reflection and relaxation. Using props found in the home, restorative yoga offers comforting poses that reset the body and mind and is suitable for all ages and skill levels.

Give yourself 90 minutes to relax and restore yourself as we move out of winter. The class is built off of restorative practices that enable your brain and nervous system to quiet down, giving you an opportunity to rest and rejuvenate. You will be guided through 5 or 6 different positions that you quietly move in and out of, using blankets, pillows and other items to prop your body so you can completely relax. A playlist of music will be provided when you sign up. You can select similar music from what you already own, create a similar playlist in a music app you already have or play right from YouTube on a different device you are streaming from.
