Chair Yoga In-Person

Join local Yoga instructor Ann Vickers for this class in which postures are adaptations of traditional yoga poses which offer increased strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness, and overall vitality. Chair yoga is great for improving mobility and is good for people with joint replacements, back issues, and body tightness. Participants should bring a yoga mat and beach towels or blankets.
