Girl Scout badge in a day: growing a family tree In-Person
Girl Scout Brownies can earn their "My Family Story" badge in an afternoon. In order to complete the badge and make sure your girls get the most out of the afternoon, there are a few things each girl will need to come prepared with. Please bring: a list of the names of your parents and grandparents (on both sides of the family) & your family's ethnicity; an object or a copy of an old photo of a family member (you will need to know why the object or photo is important to your family; a food item to share (and the recipe) that is from your family's ethnicity that will serve about 20 people. *Please note: Adults are asked to stay during this program. We are asking 1 adult for every 2 girls.
