Qi gong is a traditional Chinese holistic practice combining slow, gently flowing movements, breathing techniques, and meditation. Each week we will practice qi gong sequences by following the instructor on a DVD and discover this ancient art.
*Please note, the group will meet and follower the instructors on a recording.
