Drop-In Tech Help

Need extra assistance with a device or software? Come into the Tech Help and we will have one of our tech-savvy staff see how they can help! This is a drop-in, first come first serve system. No registration required, but you may be asked to come to another session if there is not enough time.

Things we can help with:

  • Accessing library digital services on your device, including using our catalog
  • Connecting your device to the library's free Wi-Fi
  • Printing from your device to library printers
  • Basic use of an iPad, Kindle, Android tablets, smartphones, and smart watches
    • Installing apps
    • Setting adjustments
  • Basic use of a computer, laptop, or the internet
    • Mouse and keyboard skills
    • Microsoft and Google services
    • Basic Internet browsing and usage
  • Setting up an email, social media, or other account and basic usage
