WWII Normandy Invasion: A first-person historical reenactment  In-Person

Peter Booth, a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Post 214, will portray a member of the 5th Rangers to communicate what they saw and did on D-Day. His inspiration comes from first person accounts of soldiers that were there. Peter will share an impressive collection of World War II artifacts, which includes uniforms, flags, photographs, deactivated grenades, a mine detector, and additional items. Given the graphic content of the war stories, this program is intended for individuals aged 15 and above.
