500 Years of the Anabaptist Faith  In-Person

John Gingerich and Chester Kurtz from the Geauga Amish Historical Society will provide a general overview of Amish-Mennonite-Anabaptist history from its 16th century origins to present day. Their beliefs, persecution in Europe, migration to America, arrival in Geauga County, challenges and expectations for the future will also be covered.
