Genealogical Society Meeting- “Honor to Our Deceased Veterans In-Person
Geauga County Genealogical Society members, Rob and Cathy Schwind, share how they discovered graves of five forgotten veterans while restoring a pioneer cemetery. Since 2021, as part of a national program, “Wreaths Across America,” they have documented over 860 veterans buried at Evergreen Hill Cemetery in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Their goal: no veteran forgotten! Learn ways to find and honor your own deceased veterans
Social time starts at 6:30 pm. A short business meeting begins at 7:00 pm, followed by the speaker.
