Yoga - The Science of Stretch In-Person

Science of Stretch classes focus on areas of the body including the hips, hamstrings, glutes, shoulders and lower back. As we learn a pattern of breathing that allows for relaxation, we can slowly melt into long-hold poses, allowing our muscle fibers to elongate and stretch creating and increasing your range of motion and flexibility. 

 

This class is great for anyone feeling tight and stiff. 

Teenagers, adults and older adults are welcome. 

Great for Athletes, busy moms and seniors!

 

Please wear comfortable clothing. 

Bring with you a yoga mat and two small pillows or cushions.  

Instructor will supply yoga blocks and straps.
