Summer is fast approaching and so is Summer Reading. Join us at the Geauga County Fairgrounds for the 2024 Summer Reading Kickoff. 

This year's theme is Adventure Begins at your Library. To celebrate, we will be offering many opportunities for adventure at the kickoff:

• New interactive games on the lawn
• Adventure book bundles to check out on the Fun Bus
• Crafts for children and adults
• Adventure Rascal passports
• Raffles prizes to get your summer started  
• Meet and Greet with Rascal

A lunch of hot dogs, popcorn, and popcicles will be provided for attendees. 

Event attendees will also get the first peek at the Book Sale barn, with all fresh material from the Donation Drive-Thru in May. Your purchases help support the library!

This event will be held at the Geauga County Fairgrounds under the main grandstand and surrounding area. Free parking is available on the grass and staff will be there to direct you.
